抗告遭駁監聽出醜　馬一敗塗地

【綜合報導】繼台北地院上月做出假處分，同意王繼續行使黨員權利後，台灣高等法院昨再駁回國民黨的抗告案，馬昨指示律師團再抗告，轉戰最高法院。但法界分析國民黨難翻盤，王幾乎可穩坐立院龍頭寶座至任期屆滿。

馬英九昨晚餐敘時表示，首度坦承，會檢討處理王金平案是否過當。也希望外界不要模糊關說案焦點，與王的訴訟在進行中無法緩下來，他不能在司法關說案的立場上和稀泥，如此會讓民眾認為總統沒是非，未來還是會繼續訴訟程序。但多名藍委砲聲隆隆，希望馬不要再抗告，也有人要求日來捅出非法監聽紕漏的檢察總長黃世銘下台，「訴訟到此結束。」

抗告案遭駁回，網友一片叫好。針對國民黨將提再抗告，《蘋果》昨語音民調顯示，有高達70.83%受訪民眾不支持再抗告，僅21.03%支持。
