【張瑞振／台北報導】「2013女人我最大美妝大賞」今舉行頒獎典禮，主持人藍心湄、今年香港小姐冠軍陳凱琳、去年港姐冠軍張名雅、蔡健雅和浩角翔起均出席，曾以30A貧乳引起話題的陳凱琳說：「8歲我就有明星夢，台灣藝人中我最喜歡F4的吳建豪，因為我們都在國外長大，有相同背景。雖然流言曾讓我很受傷，但爸爸要我不要理會，現在我對自己很有自信。」

藍心湄以低胸禮服出場，大秀35G雙峰，她說：「希望之後有機會可以到中國做節目，各個城市都可以看到我。」
