記者吳素珍／南投報導 南投家扶中心為了使遠嫁至異鄉的新住民盡快融入當地民俗風情，在重陽節的前夕，特與水里鄉郡坑國小合作辦理傳統節慶交流日--『擁抱祖父母，陪您去健行』活動，共有117位新住民及其子女參與。 南投家扶中心今年度辦理的新心相惜~新住民社區培力計畫即將進入尾聲，透過技藝學習課程、親子旅遊、醫療保健和法律講座、成長團體等各類課程辦理下，讓居住在水里鄉上安、郡坑村一帶的新住民們收穫良多，為了讓課程更多元並加入地方元素，使遠嫁至異鄉的新住民盡快融入當地民俗風情，故因應重陽節的到來，將與水里鄉郡坑國小合作辦理傳統節慶交流日，讓忙碌於工作之新住民能夠有時間陪伴家中長者和孩子，也藉此體會台灣傳統孝順之美德；特於10月7日早上舉辦『擁抱祖父母，陪您去健行』活動。 當天早上七點半在郡坑國小集合出發，沿途行經清幽步道，一路走到上安最有名之鵲橋，一覽從鵲橋遙望的水里風光後，補足體力通過好漢坡後來到此次活動主要場地—阿成的家，在進行溫馨按摩並請祖父母切蛋糕後，大家閒話家常並起身前往活動中心參與保健宣導，為活動劃下一個完美句點；期待藉由台灣傳統「重陽節」節日，結合教育及社區資源辦理此敬老活動，協助新住民更加了解傳統孝順美德，增進社區活動參與機會，融入社區文化，並改善提升敬老尊賢風氣。 南投家扶中心林平烘主任表示，新住民遠從異鄉來台生活發展，在語言、觀念和風俗民情差異下，常有適應不良的狀況，為了改善此狀況，中心積極走入社區並與學校配合，提供各項服務來提升這群新住民自信心與勇氣，也促進親子互動和與家庭之間的相處模式，讓新住民能夠更融入台灣社會文化，成為正港的台灣人。 This entry passed through the Full-Text RSS service — if this is your content and you're reading it on someone else's site, please read the FAQ at fivefilters.org/content-only/faq.php#publishers.
