請問有人租房子超過10年的嗎？

我家一間50年以上的房子
第一任房客租了15-16年
新婚夫妻到孩子升高中
因為買房子才搬走

第二任房客有在一樓做生意
目前已經9年多
生意興隆無搬走打算

如果房子合用
房租合理
租屋其實很划算
版上很多人說怕被房東趕來趕去
現在只聽到房子租不出去
沒聽說房子不租人的
屋況好適時漲租合理
就怕屋況爛還自以為奇貨可居
就留著養蚊子吧！

雖說有錢人寧願養蚊子也不租人
因為要花時間管理維護也不容易
