富味鄉董事陳瑞禮 增列被告

彰化地檢署檢察官今天再到芳苑富味鄉工廠調查，直到晚間八點多結束，地檢署襄閱檢察官黃智勇表示，今天增列常務董事陳瑞禮為被告，並確認犯罪期間從98年11月開始，不法所得約1億元。

黃智勇表示，陳文南與陳瑞禮為了表示解決問題的誠意，願意提供市價1億6000萬到2億的房地產讓地檢署扣押，已經提供房地產權狀影本，地檢署將在下周扣押。
