南市環保局查獲2家違規廢棄物回收業者

【辛啟松／台南報導】台南市環保局今天執行環檢警聯合稽查行動，查獲2家業者沒有取得回收廢棄物許可證、或沒有具備廢棄物再利用資格，擅自收受、處理廢棄物，違反廢棄物清理法，稽查人員蒐證分別開單告發裁處罰款。

環保局說，聯合稽查行動由台南地檢署檢察官率同環保警察隊第三中隊等58名稽查人員，同步稽查臺南市南區6家廢棄物處理業者。2家違法業者，其中1家業者沒領有營利事業登記與處理應回收廢棄物許可，逕自收受廢棄物處理，分別違反廢棄物清理法第39條及第18條，最高各可處新臺幣3萬元罰鍰；另1家業者未具有廢棄物再利用資格，逕行收受廢棄物處理，違反廢棄物清理法第31條規定，最高可處3萬元罰鍰。
