運補物資援菲 我艦艇待命

海軍艦隊指揮部政戰主任蔡鴻圖晚間表示，艦指部目前尚未接獲上級指示派艦載物資赴菲律賓，不過，只要上級下令，艦指部的運輸艦艇可以迅速執行運補救災任務。

蔡鴻圖指出，印象中海軍艦艇從沒有進入菲律賓港口的紀錄，但基於人道救援，上級有指示，艦指部就會執行。

至於派什麼船艦較適合？海軍有中和級戰車登陸艦「中和」及「中平」、船塢登陸艦「旭海」、補給艦「武夷」、「磐石」及中海級登陸艦等船艦。

蔡鴻圖說，可依載運物資種類等因素決定派遣艦艇，艦指部可以勝任。

海燕颱風日前重創菲律賓，中部的「獨萬魯」等地區尤其慘重。國人不介意先前琉球籍漁船「廣大興28號事件」帶來的台菲風暴，「以德報怨」，慈濟功德會等人道救援陸續啟動。

運物資救災，也可租用民間貨輪；但派軍艦，除了運補登陸地點更具彈性，更有一定的指標意義。
