立委蔣乃辛今天在立法院教育文化委員會質詢指出，國立故宮博物院的logo在大陸遭到盜版，搶先註冊，但故宮卻未告知陸委會協助處理。故宮院長馮明珠表示，故宮正在透過正常程序向大陸抗議。

故宮logo含「國立故宮博物院」的中英文名稱，與源自饕餮紋的院徽。馮明珠表示，由於故宮logo含「國立」字樣，大陸方面不受理。民國100年才委由消合社向大陸方面登記英文商標及院徽，但審核之前，發現已遭盜用

故宮文創行銷處處長徐孝德說，他在上個月發現已有人將故宮的饕餮紋院徽連同「精品故宮」字樣，一起送往大陸工商管理局搶先註冊，大陸目前正在進行初審公告。故宮已在一、兩個星期以前，委由專利商標事務所向大陸方面提出異議。搶註人士姓羅，地址登記在台中市，故宮也將向台中市工商管理單位進行了解。
