【胡治言／綜合報導】北市一名李姓男大生，因與15歲少女發生關係遭起訴，台北地院日前認為，少女長髮且擁有C罩杯魔鬼身材，李男是誤認她已滿16歲，判無罪。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，15歲少女去年9月趁母親外出上大夜班時，帶李姓男友（23歲）回家，獻出初夜，卻意外被母親開門直擊，報警控告李男性侵，檢察官認定是你情我願上床，可是當時少女僅15歲，差1個月才滿16歲，仍依最重可判刑7年的與未滿16歲男女性交罪，起訴李男，但台北地院日前認為，少女長髮且擁有C罩杯魔鬼身材，李男是誤認她已經滿16歲，判無罪。
