新加坡首判運毒者免於一死

新加坡最高法院14日裁定，2007年運送海洛因入境新加坡落網、2009年遭判絞刑的馬來西亞青年楊偉光免於一死，改為終身監禁和鞭刑15下。

新加坡是全球反毒法律最嚴峻的國家之一，這是新加坡判決運毒者免死的首例。（路透）
