台南‧南區 大豆豆麵店 紅燒嫩骨麵 網誌：http://boylondon.pixnet.net/blog/post/101668909 地址：台南市南區大同路2段186巷5弄12號 GPS：120.12.47 22.58.35 營業時間：11:00-15:00; 16:30-21:00 電話：06-2138795 公休日：周三 消費時間：2013.11 價目表：網誌有 從大同路大林國宅的四海遊龍右轉靠機車道， 會看到一間度大月麵店，大豆豆就在它旁邊。 兩間都有紅燒嫩骨系列料理，生意相比一般店家都算是在很好的程度， 只是大豆豆客人多了約1倍，餐點並非只專賣嫩骨料理， 其實還有炒飯、鍋燒、乾麵…等，也有許多小菜可選， 店家生意雖忙但老闆態度及語氣都還不錯， 有時漏了或遲一些也會跟客人抱歉。 我點了蔥蛋跟紅燒嫩骨麵。 麵條用的是陽春麵式的白圓細麵條，湯頭帶有些中藥味， 肉塊入口即化，頗有功夫，但吃完會有點口渴就是了。 原本在PTT就頗獲學生好評，後來又有不少媒體採訪， 最近的一次是11/7播出的食尚玩家叛逆美食專題， 建議盡量要吃的話避開假日，不然會等的天荒地老。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.173.137.72
