鮮乳風波　《商周》：未檢出不等於零檢出

【蔡永彬／台北報導】衛福部食品藥物管理署針對《商業周刊》指稱有問題的乳品檢驗全數過關。《商周》今發表聲明回應，食藥署檢驗的乳品有鄰苯二甲酸酯類塑化劑，只是接近環境背景值而認定未檢出，但代表乳品中還是有塑化劑。《商周》表示，銘傳大學生物科技學系副教授陳良宇的分析報告是學術上的「先行研究」，符合科學原則，執行者是1位博士班研究生。

《商周》強調，食藥署的檢驗方法與陳良宇的研究方法不同，「未檢出」僅代表含量在國家標準容許範圍內，並不等於完全不含的「零檢出」，所以「未檢出」的結論無法推翻陳良宇的研究。《商周》稱希望扮演媒體「吹哨人」的角色，指出牛奶中可能含有不當藥物殘留，政府也沒有定出「乳品」塑化劑含量的容許標準，只引用「飲料」的標準，希望主管機關能與專家研商，訂定適合乳品的塑化劑含量容許標準。
