日振興經濟 祭出5.5兆日圓

「華爾街日報」（WSJ）報導，日本政府今天宣布5.5兆日圓支出措施細節，來緩和明年4月消費稅調升對經濟造成的衝擊，還外加鼓勵企業投資和徵人及低收入戶補助等措施。

首相安倍晉三（Shinzo Abe）10月決定明年4月將消費稅稅率從5%提高至8%時，就命令政府彙整這項措施。日本政府表示，這套措施將產生18.6兆日圓的經濟影響，應該會將國內生產毛額（GDP）提高1個百分點。

安倍晉三今天表示：「有這項措施及其他振興經濟努力，可以確保我們仍走在脫離通縮的軌道上。」

在1月祭出10.3兆日圓刺激經濟方案後，這是安倍政府彙整的第2套最新額外支出措施。「靈活」的財政支出為安倍晉三旨在對抗通縮的3支箭經濟計畫其中一環。

此經濟方案包含的主要元素有，企業為2020年東京夏季奧運準備促進資本投資的措施1.4兆日圓，為青年和女性創造就業機會的措施3000億日圓，及2011年3月大地震重建資金和修補全日本老舊基礎建設的3.1兆日圓。政府也撥出6000億日圓作為低收入戶的補助金。（譯者：中央社陳昱婷）
