【動新聞】名人殺手胃癌　患者減搏翻身

【方翊倩／綜合報導】近年民眾對於胃癌的認知都來自於名人，藝人徐華鳳、台塑長媳陳靜文都熬不過病魔而離世，旅日棒球名人王貞治全胃手術後仍活耀日本球場，剛獲金馬獎終身成就獎的資深藝人甄珍，去年發現胃細胞病變時就進行微創手術，度過胃癌危機。

今日出版的《壹週刊》報導，醫師表示，同樣是消化系癌症，十年來，胃癌病人少太多，大腸癌則增加太快。台灣消化系醫學會理事長、台大名醫教授林肇堂二十年前曾到當時全台胃癌發生率最高的馬祖調查，當地家戶都把魚醃漬起來，後來改變飲食習慣，胃癌就減少了。除了飲食問題，基因也是因素之一，由於胃癌的症狀很像胃病，脹氣、消化不良、悶痛，就像胃炎，建議四十歲以上的人定期做胃鏡檢查。
