肇事逃逸,對方要和解

我因為要左轉,當時不知道那個路口要待轉
所以待後面的汽車過後,直接左轉
但被一輛直行的摩托車擦撞倒地
對方直接騎走,連下來都沒下來

後來有叫警察來,警察說對方肇事逃逸
之後過幾天去做筆錄
警察說我們當下是要待轉,卻直接左轉,所以我們是先違規
