高市環保局斥張虔生胡說

高雄市環保局長陳金德16日駁斥日月光董事長張虔生「胡扯、不足採信」，認為日月光根本是蓄意偷排強酸廢水。

環保局官員表示，連續三年查獲日月光偷排廢水並開罰，「都三年了還說不是故意，什麼才是故意」？

陳金德指出，若因設備故障造成廢水溢流，依規定日月光應通報，但環保局完全沒接到通知。尤其這回是環保局人員看到後勁溪汙染嚴重，不辭辛勞向上游一路查到日月光廠區，當時強酸廢水還滾滾由工廠向外流出，自動監測系統的pH值所顯示的就是強酸，操作人員都知道，日月光完全是蓄意行為。
