【胡治言／綜合報導】日月光中壢廠涉偷排廢水，遭桃園縣環保局勒令停工。

今日出刊的《中國時報》報導，桃園縣環保局表示，日月光中壢廠98年設廠至今，環保局已稽查79次，共開單告發達10次，累積裁處金額4年約一百萬，稽查人員私下表示：「大公司罰不怕。」
