【徐毓莉／台北報導】今天是第4屆公益彩券開賣首日，台灣彩券表示，全台逾5500家投注站開賣，目前新系統運作順利，台彩更新推「台彩行動選號」App軟體，民眾可隨時透過手機選號，透過選號跑出QR-code，再拿到附近投注站掃描，就可完成投注交易，且可選多期交易，以免彩迷因忘記靈感而與財神爺擦身而過，且選過的號碼也都會記憶在軟體上。

「台彩行動選號」App也提供各期獎號、附近投注站等多種資訊。上午在公館商圈投注站送出200個大樂透紅包1注，並開賣每張2千元、頭彩2600萬元的「＄2,600萬超級紅包」刮刮樂等5款新刮刮樂，「＄2,600萬超級紅包」今年發行量更達249萬張，比去年約100萬張更多。
