黑鴨鴨元兇　環保局：船隻黑煙撲鴨

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】黃色小鴨到基隆展出沒幾天，整體蒙灰成了「黑鴨鴨」，基隆環保局依據監測資料研判，應是船隻排黑煙所致，加上展出初期天天下雨，小鴨易沾黏灰塵。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，環保局比較基隆港附近和基隆女中自動監測站資料，懸浮微粒、細懸浮微粒、硫氧化物和氮氧化物，基隆港區監測站均較市區監測站高出9%至2.3倍；再者，空氣中懸浮微粒被雨滴捕獲而降落至地面而去除，被稱為「雨除」（rainout）屬自然現象，因黃色小鴨為PVC夾網布材質，具格子、非平滑表面，與雨衣不同，易沾黏灰塵。但小鴨復出後，同時鴨身打腊，目前未出現變髒跡象。
