【方翊倩／綜合報導】退休8年的聯華電子創辦人曹興誠最近重出江湖，當眾人眼光仍在島內社會經濟問題，他看到兩岸關係步入政治深水區，籌組「善蟻雄兵」，汲汲推廣以「程序正義公投」保障兩岸的和平。

今日出版的《壹週刊》報導，現任聯電榮譽董事長的曹興誠，是與台積電董事長張忠謀並稱「晶圓雙雄」的科技業教父。8年前曹興誠因聯電轉投資大陸和艦科技遭查而退休，在神隱多年後，最近重新活躍於台灣。只是，當景氣凍到谷底，產業大老都忙著拼經濟時，身價百億的他，卻避開財經議題，像隻小螞蟻奔走宣揚攸關和平的政治敏感問題。因為在他眼中，兩岸和平紅利逐漸消失的急迫性與重要性，遠勝於一切。他侃侃而談，「中國若要統一，應提出條件，由台灣人民公投決定是否接受。」
