【李姿慧／台北報導】eTag竟發生重複扣款的嚴重問題，交通部長葉匡時表示，這幾天發生的事情，不是系統性問題，遠通已經解決、不會再發生，是設定調整的問題，但民眾不滿意，交通部也不會滿意，將再加強督導，保證春節不會發生，另遠通電收電話讓民眾等候太久、App遭駭客攻擊等服務品質問題，將要求遠通電收再加強，交通部也將加強督導。
