84年次役男103年起出境 應先申請核准

寒假即將來臨，內政部今天提醒，民國84年次以前尚未履行兵役的役男，如要出境應先向鄉（鎮、市、區）公所提出申請核准，且28日下午5時至2月5日上午8時戶役政資訊系統將暫停服務，欲出境的役男要及早提出申請。

內政部表示，依「兵役法施行法」第48條及「役男出境處理辦法」規定，役男尚未履行兵役義務者，出境應經核准，今年寒假即將來臨，許多家庭皆安排出國旅遊，但近年來經常有已達役齡身分者，因未辦理役男出境核准手續，致於出國當天雖到了機場仍無法順利出境，所以提醒民國84年次以前出生的役男，如果要出境，應事先持護照、身分證及印章向鄉（鎮、市、區）公所兵役單位提出申請， 以維護自身權益順利出境。
