2度行搶都見血成證據　男遭判11年

【許淑惠／台中報導】台北市沈姓男子(50歲)因從事水電工程經營不善負債2千餘萬元，前年8月間，持槍帶16歲許姓外甥到台中市搶銀樓，變賣得款近4萬元，但因他行搶中受傷流血，檢警從DNA追出他還另犯台銀東桃園分行搶案，台中地院以沈男犯2起強盜既遂和未遂案、又持有改造槍枝及偷竊車牌、偽造車牌號碼等，依強盜、竊盜、偽造文書等罪判沈男有期徒刑11年，併科罰金10萬元。

沈男前年8月帶外甥朝台中銀樓展示櫃的強化玻離開槍，在搜刮金飾逃逸，變賣後得手近4萬元，卻因行搶過程被銀樓玻璃割傷流血，讓警方在現場採到他的DNA，循線逮捕他與外甥，還另查出沈男於2009年11月間，持槍搶劫台銀東桃園分行，於翻搜財物時，遭民眾持雨傘架擊中後腦杓流血，結果行搶未遂，還被打傷，慌亂中逃離。
