國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）要求中華電信將俗稱「最後一哩」的銅絞線市內用戶迴路用租費降價，未來其他固網業者租用「最後一哩」費用會更低，至於業者會不會將降低的成本反應在消費者上網資費，NCC未多做說明。

NCC委員會議今天確認上周中華電信陳報「102年銅絞線市內用戶迴路月租費討論案」，NC發言人虞孝成表示，中華電信租用給其他固網業者的銜接電路費與一次性費用與零售價相同，顯不合理，要求中華電信日後提出合理批發費用。

中華電信若降價後，是否要求固網業者降價回饋消費者？虞孝成說，不在該案討論範圍。至於零售月租費，NCC核准中華電信提出的每對銅絞線市內用戶迴路從98元降到89元。
