日月明功案偵結 陳巧明遭訴

「日月明功」靈修虐殺案，經彰化地檢署檢方偵結後在今（10）日下午分別依傷害致死及妨害自由與強制等罪嫌，對涉案的日月明功創教主陳巧明和其門徒許愛珍、劉享易、林甫朋、吳仁甫、尤威評、王昱翔，以及詹姓男高中生母親黃芬雀等8人提起公訴。

而其中關於陳巧明、許愛珍、劉享易、尤威評、王昱翔等5人，因涉案程度較高，且在偵訊中對於全案供詞避重就輕，因此遭求處重刑；而吳仁甫、林甫朋、黃芬雀等3人，則因坦承犯案，因此也建請法院減輕其刑。

全案經偵結起訴後，目前已移送彰化地方法院召開接押庭。
