調行車紀錄 高公局：未定案

（中央社記者蔡和穎台北11日電）交通部高速公路局表示，國道通行紀錄本作電子收費用途，是否能用於犯罪偵防一直還未定案，將待法務部釐清。

刑事警察局最近向高速公路局調閱國道行車紀錄引發爭議，法務部已表示，不可漫無目的全面蒐集行車紀錄，此舉違反個人資料保護法。刑事局今天召開記者會，說明調閱主要目的在查緝犯罪。

高公局副局長吳木富表示，國道通行紀錄本來就是作為電子收費的用途，半年前警政署有來文希望提供國道用路人資訊，但涉有個資法疑慮，高公局曾行文法務部解釋。

吳木富說，當時法務部初步提供的解釋，遠通和高公局還有疑慮，包括究竟能提供哪些行車資料，才不會涉及後續個資問題，這些都要待法務部界定後，高公局才能做決定。1030111
