板上各位好目前對麥當勞的實習襄理的職位有興趣已經爬後有些問題不清楚想請教 1.已經了解工作時間動輒10hr以上，本身也可以接受但想請問休假的時候是不是要隨時on call?(例如開會.人手不足幫忙之類的) 因為有當兵預財士的經驗，非常討厭放假還要做公事或是和朋友到異地玩還要處理東西 2.升到正式襄理後繼續往上升遷的難度跟時間會卡非常久嗎? 3.正職工作所學的經驗和知識在外頭餐飲業有很大優勢嗎? 以下都是小問題 4.正職職員的年終獎金是固定一個月嗎? 5.公司的三節禮品.婚喪補助等等是不是真的有因為看板上有人推文的意思是那都是假的小弟是社會新鮮人尚未有正職經驗希望有麥當勞經驗的可以抽空回答一下若有何不妥麻煩噓小力一點謝謝!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.161.19.170
