明年燈會在台中 燈會連莊喜羊羊

台中市爭取到2015年台灣燈會主辦權，今天舉辦說明會，主燈區將設在「烏日高鐵特定區」，另有豐原燈區及台中公園燈區，希望帶動當地人氣與商機。

台中市曾主辦12年前的羊年台灣燈會，號稱連莊辦羊年，現場參加的店家也自備看板，大喊「燈會連莊、市長連任」，胡志強開心合照，每攤都嘗嘗。

胡志強指出，台中主辦2003年的羊年燈會湧入640萬人，成績破紀錄，此後每年的中臺灣元宵燈會也都超過500萬人次觀賞，他表示，明年燈會一要突破800萬人次，全台喜羊羊。
