偷排電鍍廢水 檢起訴10業者

（中央社記者吳哲豪彰化24日電）彰化縣祥賀、藝松、蘇振輝、啟耀等多家電鍍業者埋暗管偷排廢水，污染農地，彰化地檢署今天起訴10名業者。

遭起訴者包括祥賀公司負責人張建雄和前任負責人張友堂、藝松公司負責人黃仁松、蘇振輝公司負責人蘇振輝、蘇振維、新全發公司負責人葉國勝、葉妻陳素花、啟耀公司負責人陳宗雄、膳旺工業社負責人黃宏錞和膳旺工業社廠長陳中和10人。

彰化地檢署襄閱主任檢察官黃智勇說，張友堂等10名被告從民國88年起，將電鍍過程中會產生含有強酸、強鹼、六價鉻等的廢水，排放到彰化市及和美鎮提供農業水源的東西三圳和大竹大排，因此依刑法公共危險罪和違反水污染防治法等罪提起公訴。1030224
