智利強震　日本發布海嘯警報

智利周二發生芮氏規模8.2地震，造成至少6死，日本氣象廳今日凌晨亦發出海嘯警報，指最高達一米的海嘯可能會撲向太平洋東岸，第一波的波浪預計當地時間今晨五時到達北海道北部，一小時後則會抵達福島。氣象廳警告市民遠離岸邊，但指預期海浪不會造成損毀。

太平洋海嘯警報中心亦一度發出海嘯警報，警告夏威夷市民遠離海灘，不要下海游泳。

在智利，數千名居民在戶外露宿一天後陸續返家。當局指，300名趁地震逃獄的女囚犯當中，110人已捉回，警方和士兵亦在街上防止暴徒趁火打劫。

智利迄今出現至少20次餘震，當局預期日內會有更多餘震。（國際中心／綜合報導）
