〔編譯管淑平／綜合報導〕非洲一名在尚比亞打零工的男子，聽信巫醫的話，自願到叢林裡讓兇猛的土狼（鬣狗）吃掉他的生殖器和3根趾頭，只為了求發財。

這名來自尚比亞鄰國馬拉威的男子祖魯，目前在尚比亞醫院接受治療，他3月30日接受「尚比亞時報」訪問時說，巫醫告訴他，失去身體的一部分就能發財，他在尚比亞遇到幾名生意人也告訴他，這是變有錢的最好方式，他就信了。

祖魯3月24日清晨4時到尚比亞東部省奇帕塔區（Chipata）一處叢林內，依照巫醫指示全身脫光光，他說，巫醫沒指明要犧牲哪個部位或者怎麼犧牲，不過他遇到一隻土狼，就讓土狼先啃掉他腳趾、再吃掉生殖器。之後他爬到路邊，被員警發現送到奇帕塔綜合醫院。

醫院證實此事，表示祖魯目前狀況已經穩定。祖魯說，他到尚比亞4個月來，都只能靠打零工為生。儘管遭遇此恐怖經歷，他仍對這種無稽之談深信不疑，希望能因此換得財富，「就算我失去一些重要部位，我還是想發財。」
