黃世銘洩密案 高院完成分案

（中央社記者劉世怡台北1日電）前任檢察總長黃世銘被控洩密案，黃世銘及檢方不服一審判決，提起上訴。台灣高等法院今天表示，完成分案。

黃世銘被控在去年9月5日司法關說案簽結前就向總統馬英九等人報告，台北地院在3月21日依洩密、違反通訊保障及監察法等罪判刑1年2月，成為司法史上首位因刑案被判刑的檢察總長。

黃世銘及檢方不服一審判決，提起上訴。

台灣高等法院今天表示，今天完成分案，由審判長許宗和、受命法官沈君玲、陪席法官游士珺組合議庭審理。1030501
