台灣女性太「阿信」 乳癌暴增

台灣女性太「阿信」，職業婦女白天上班忙，晚上回家處理家務還要「上另一個班」，長期耗損疲累壓力大，沒正常飲食及固定運動，導致乳癌發生率年年增加。

根據衛福部今年4月公布2011年最新的癌症登記顯示，乳癌發生人數首度突破萬人大關 (1萬56人)，每天有28人罹患乳癌，且每十萬人口乳癌發生率高達64.28人，比十年前(2001年)的40.6人增加58%。

台灣癌症基金會執行長、萬芳醫院血液腫瘤科主任賴基銘表示，這是婦女職場結構和生活型態改變的結果。母親節前夕，台灣癌症基金會今天舉行健走活動，呼籲婦女應定期運動、減少油脂攝取、多蔬果，並且定期篩檢，守護健康、遠離乳癌危害。
