砂石車強闖宜蘭縣界 雙方各執一詞

40多輛從新北市載運廢棄土石方到宜蘭的砂石車，17日晚間未經宜蘭縣界稽查站人員核可，強闖縣界，約半數被宜蘭警方攔下；司機指出，他們持有合法土資載送證明，卻被稽查人員刁難，才會強闖，寧可被開罰，不願回頭；稽查人員則說，這些砂石車載送的土石方，和申報的土方類別不同，並未刁難。

由於雙方各執一詞，警方正在釐清，並勸砂石車先回到石城稽查站，但司機們氣憤不平，強調會把土方運到合法的土資場，不會亂倒，但寧可被罰，也不願回頭。
