針對施明德文化基金會在5月30日泰源事件紀念日，將在凱達格蘭大道發起遊行，台北市中正第一分局僅「部份准予舉行」及限制路線等，施明德妻子陳嘉君在立法院舉行記者會，痛批中正一剝奪他們集會遊行的權利，台灣關懷中國人權協會理事長楊憲宏表示不斷出現執法過當的行為，台灣是法治國家，人民的權利義務卻被踐踏，不能帶面具妨礙身分辨識，根本就是為了預防性羈押做蒐證。
