合宜宅解約沒收1.29億元　遠雄不服

桃園八德合宜住宅案涉弊，桃園縣政府與遠雄建設解約及沒收1.29億元履約保證金，遠雄將提異議。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，遠雄昨收到縣府的公文，不服沒收保證金的處分，將提出異議。遠雄也強調，八德案解約及沒收保證金的最大損失，是履約保證金的1.29億元，對業務無重大影響。

目前遠雄巨蛋154億聯貸案仍安全過關，銀行團按原定計畫續撥款，聯貸條件目前未調整。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
