總統馬英九今（11）日以黨主席身分主持國民黨中常會，談到住宅政策時表示，合宜住宅將來在轉售的對象上，條件要加以限制，必須要與原先的承購人條件一致；「讓台灣人住得起台灣」，是政府必須要努力完成的任務。

政府推動合宜住宅、社會住宅政策， 原先的目的是要照顧經濟弱勢的民眾，但在配套措施不足下，合宜住宅竟也成了炒房的標的物，更有人批評說，抽中合宜住宅的人就像中了樂透，因為幾年之後轉手賣出，便可大賺一筆。

馬英九今天在中常會上聽取內政部長陳威仁「我國現有住宅政策檢討」專題報告後表示，在報告中特別提到，合宜住宅將來對於轉售對象，在條件上要加以限制，要與原來承購人的條件一致，才能達到政府推動合宜住宅的目標。

馬英九還說，有些地區對於附近要興建社會住宅，居民會表示抗議，怕將會造成房價下跌或增值速度減慢，因此採取「混居」的方式，應可減少這方面的顧慮；馬英九強調，無論如何，「讓台灣人住得起台灣」是政府必須要努力完成的任務。
