標題[討論] 公司的在職訓練

小弟的經驗不多，想請教大家學習的經驗除了CS之外(已知一般外商CS一年大概都要出國訓練2~3個月) 想問問其他職位，公司會不會安排各位去上課或者訓練呢例如公司要引進新產品或者想要大家獲得未來方向的新知識時會不會安排各位去外面訓練或上課個幾個禮拜甚至幾個月又或者安排"上班時間"讓大家念PAPER或唸書，也許一周一次還是甚麼讀書會，咪挺之類的亦或者老闆姿態就是:你他媽要會我花錢請你你就該萬能我管你他媽的去死這樣然後自己就捏著懶趴下班買書念 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.231.211.12 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1406085194.A.C1D.html
