(中央社記者王淑芬高雄23日電)麥德姆颱風登陸，高雄市桃源區的降雨居冠，累積24小時逾250毫米，區公所已撤百居民到避難中心，桃源區上午全區停電。

高雄市水情中心資料顯示，全市降雨最多的是桃源區排雲、南天池和楠溪觀測站測得24小時的累積降雨量都超過200毫米，市區只有零星降雨。

桃源區長陳海雲指出，桃源區共撤離了146居民，以勤和里、復興里、梅山里和拉芙蘭里為主，主要是擔心當地地質鬆軟，大雨常常沖毀道路，為確保山上居民安全，都撤到避難中心。

她說，上午7時30分許，全區停電，不過居民安全無虞，已通知台電處理。另外，台20線在和里以下的道路都已暫時封閉。

市區方面，水利局說，鹽埕區低漥地區日前遇雨積水的問題是因施工業者未開啟水閘門，昨日已控管水閘門，所以排水狀況很好。

水利局說，為了蓄積洪水，各地滯洪也已降低水位，有充裕的蓄水容量，可緩和大雨宣洩不及問題。

養工處統計，行道路傾倒約5棵、路燈歪斜不亮的有120處、道路坑洞統計61處，處長趙建喬說，養工處將會儘速回填，以確保行車安全。(中央社)
