銓敘部建議大陸定居改領一次金縮減

民國81年9月起根據兩岸人民關係條例，退休軍公教人員到大陸定居且領月退金者，要停領月退，改申請一次退休金。銓敘部統計，20多年來有82人改領一次金，9成以上是76歲以上，且已支領11年以上的月退休金，銓敘部認為這種領法會比原本領月退金多，建議未來可領的一次金縮減，只剩現制的3、4成。

銓敘部上午在考試院會報告民國81年到102年改領一次金相關統計，建議陸委會修法，改領一次金額，修正為「6個基數的一次退休金」，即約半年的月薪，只剩現制可領金額的3、4成。
