大家好請問一下版上各位高手
如果說平行輸入商在交貨時可以提供進口報單，而進口報單上也有該批產品的品牌及型號，這樣的的話是否就可以認定該產品確是該平行輸入商自行由原廠進口的原裝產品，進口報單到底可否作為證明呢?

因為小弟有朋友剛好認識原廠台灣代理，台灣代理一直說進品報單不能證明，所以一直覺得很困惑，而那批產品因為原廠就是大陸，而進品報品上雖然在進品廠牌和型號上有寫到，但出貨點是在香港。
