高雄警方破獲恐怖黑心製油廠，將餿水油重製成食用油銷售爆發全台首宗地溝油事件，該地下工廠因未掛牌，衛生環境極差，檢警公布蒐證畫面，令人作嘔。（地方中心／高雄報導）
