防狼噴霧噴店家 搶名表男起訴

（中央社記者劉世怡台北28日電）李姓男子被控鎖定當鋪及鐘錶行強盜，並以防狼噴霧噴灑店家臉部，再以電擊棒攻擊，台北地檢署日前偵結，依強盜等罪起訴。

檢方公布的起訴書指出，55歲在押的李男在今年8月2日晚間7時許，前往台北巿西寧南路的一家當鋪，向店家佯稱想買名錶，待店家把手錶拿出給他觀賞試戴時，火速搶錶並逃逸無蹤。

檢方表示，李男在隔天下午2時許，以相同手法前往台北巿八德路的一家鐘錶行，搶奪1只名錶，在脫逃期間，以防狼噴霧對店家臉部噴灑，不顧店家用手拉住他的背包，拿出電擊棒攻擊後逃逸。

店家在李男後方追趕，幸好遇到路人幫忙，在路口將李男攔截，警方也獲報在路口將李男制伏，當場起獲贓物、改造手槍及子彈。1030928
