綁定電話後.還可以下載跨國免費貼圖嗎??

因為之前聽朋友說line的4.3版本之後

無論有沒有綁定電話.都不能下載跨國貼圖

""可是剛剛試著連到韓國的網路.發現line還是可以下載到他們的免費貼圖""

不過這個月開始.台灣的line有免費的插畫貼圖可以下載.但是一定要綁定電話後才能夠

下載.所以我一職好猶豫到底要不要綁定電話

所以想問問各位網友們.綁定電話後真的不能再下載跨國貼圖了嗎???
