經濟學人稱今年不好過馬：已改善

總統馬英九今天上午赴基隆市仁愛市場陪同市長候選人謝立功拜票，面對電子媒體詢問，英國「經濟學人」雜誌寫道馬英九今年不會太好過，馬英九回應，經濟狀況已經改善，會愈來愈好；另外面對藍營這次選情陷入苦戰，馬英九表示，會全力以赴。
