報復行車糾紛斧頭扔進車 判八月須坐牢

屏東縣洪姓、潘姓男子，去年3月因行車糾紛，與孔姓汽車駕駛人爭吵，為了報復孔，洪、潘騎機車埋伏在屏東縣潮州鎮，等孔開車載5歲兒子經過時，他們隨即跟車，兩人一路闖紅燈、逆向行駛逼車嗆聲，用鐵棍砸壞孔車的後照鏡，一左一右追打汽車，甚至將斧頭扔進孔的車內，砸傷孔男父子。孔男在情急下撞倒洪男，才順利脫身報警。

高雄高分院審理時，根據行車記錄器、監視器畫面，認定洪僅因口角糾紛，刻意計畫報復，依毀損罪判刑6月、公共危險罪判刑5月，均可易科罰金，兒童傷害罪判刑8月。洪提上訴，今天被最高法院駁回確定，必須入監服刑。潘賠償15萬元與孔和解，獲緩刑3年及40小時義務勞務。
