標題[請問] 排便卡住出不來?!

之前有過一次經驗 雖然有便意卻不容易排出來,不停的用力->放鬆->用力->放鬆無限循環 最後使出力氣極限,才終於解脫(我知道這樣太過於用力很不好) 這樣的情況又發生第二次QQ方法還是承上= = 除了用力就真的不知道該怎麼辦了 有想到人生浣腸或者是軟便劑,但是這好像也很不好 還是說卡住就算了,出去外面做一些幫助腸胃蠕動的運動 (ex跑步或者是快走幾公里) 回來後自然讓他排出 有聽說纖維質攝取太多也會這樣(個人偏草食性居多)?! 不知道能否指點迷津?!先在這裡感恩了oRZ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.166.248.40 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1418471877.A.729.html
