大家好, 我行程是2月8日一共5日

DAY1：(上/中午)新千歲機場-->千歲站-->酒店
　　　(晚)大通公園(雪祭)
DAY2：(上)千歲-->宮之澤(白色戀人及附近)
　　　(中)宮之澤-->円山公園(北海道神宮及附近)

　　　(中/晚)円山公園-->札幌
DAY3：(中)千歲-->薄野駅(狸小路及附近)
　　　(下)大通公園/薄野公園(雪祭)
DAY4：(上)千歲-->登別(熊出沒+地獄谷)
　　　(中)熊出沒+地獄谷-->伊達時代村
DAY5：(全日)千歲-->小樽
DAY6：(中)千歲-->機場

請問行程可以嗎? 其實我想去滑雪玩玩,但行程上好像沒辦法.大家有可能幫幫我修改一下嗎? 如果不行的話也沒關係.
另外, 因為JR All Pass 我真的看不太懂.請問如果依照我這個行程,應該買多少天? 因為我住在JR千歲站. 離JR新千歲機場站很接近. 我還看到南千歲附近的商場是有免費巴士來往機場. 所以第一天跟最後一天,是否可以不用All pass? 所以我買三天/四天就可以?
另, JR All Pass 是不是不可以用來乘坐一般的地鐵? 如薄野駅,大通,円山公園等這些地鐵站.
