小弟因一些私事無法要搬回家裡了，跟房東商量好讓我尋找新房客。設備:房約７坪有床(含墊)、書桌椅、衣櫃、電視、小冰箱、冷氣、有網路線跟電視線租、押金:租金一個月五千+兩個月租金水電:電一度5.5有獨立電表、水費一個月１００不用管理費跟網路。靠窗間採光通風佳，一樓大門用感應磁卡有電梯，其餘還沒想到有什麼要補充的，有興趣站內信聊。 http://i.imgur.com/mBIPMFP.jpg
