柯P自評局處首長：無奈的愉悅

台北市長柯文哲今晚接受壹電視專訪，評論自己選的局處首長說，會議上，局處首長都很願意認領工作說，「這個我來」，不會推責任，可能是「怕舉手慢被罵」，是一種「無奈的愉悅」。

他也稱讚親民黨主席宋楚瑜說，他發現宋的方法比較對，遇到什麼問題就馬上把它解決掉，且凡事不以個案處理，遇到問題就列管。
